The United Stellar Commonwealth or USC is a political asterism of the Alpha Octant of the galaxy.  It is composed of a number of smaller steller nation-states, the most populous of these are Earth, Haephestia and Pensee.

The United Stellar Commonwealth was inaugurated with the officiation of a pact between Earth and Haephestia.

The USC is the operator of the Space Navy.
